la dieta saludable consiste en elimentranos bien .El interés por llevar un estilo de vida saludable, por cuidar la alimentación y saber qué estamos comiendo crece cada día. Las personas siguen queriendo adelgazar pero no a costa de la salud y sí vigilando la alimentación y apostando por una dieta saludable y equilibrada a largo plazo. Una dieta sana es la considerada como la mas apropiada para mantener el cuerpo en óptimo estado de salud . Es equilibrada, cuando aporta todos los nutrientes necesarios para nuestro organismo de forma adecuada y variada . Tenemos entonces que tener en cuenta que una mujer adulta generalmente consume entre 1500 y 2300 calorías, los hombres entre 1800 y 2500 calorías. Todo lo que comamos de más y no necesitemos utilizar por nuestra actividad diaria quedará en nuestro organismo como reserva energética generalmente en forma de grasa.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
